Agilium Worldwide appoints new Chairperson

Agilium Worldwide has appointed Dr. Matthias Rode of member firm Liebich & Partner in Germany (www.liebich-partner.de) as Chairman of the global group of executive search consultants. The group Chairperson is elected for a period of three years. Matthias takes over this tenure from Olivier Bouhoulle from member firm Platinium Executive Search in Belgium (www.platinium-executivesearch.be).

Matthias Rode: “I would like to thank Olivier for leading the group successfully during the past three years. Despite difficult times adapting to the COVID pandemic Olivier kept the group together and provided us with positivism and stability.

I intend to pursue our efforts to strengthen the group, appoint new members, particularly in Latin America and Asia, and thus continue to grow the network. We are going to maintain our sharing of best practices, learn even more from each other, and further develop our well-established teamwork. And I sincerely hope that we will sustain the excellent communication between members, which has matured over many years, by holding more face-to-face meetings and increasing internal exchange of information.

Agilium Worldwide is not a top-down organization, but rather a member-driven consortium, and I’m looking forward to working together with each and every member in order to set more common goals for the future and implement measures to achieve them.”
