SALES DIRECTOR

Our client, an internationally leading manufacturer, draws its appeal from great product know-how, modern technology and a focus on quality. For Hungary, an experienced yet modern manager is being sought, who has already been leading employees, has business skills and knows how to bring in new customers.

You directly report to the MD, as his deputy and – if successful – his successor. You lead a sales organization of >50 employees and have full control over your budget. By using appropriate and modern leadership tools you ensure a continuous improvement process. For this you will monitor the relevant KPIs, manage corrective actions and reach the targets. You further develop existing customers and bring in new business. You know the local market conditions, analyze price and quantity development in relation to the competition as well as possible deviations. Your ability to learn the skills necessary to become an MD will complete your profile.

You possess several years of relevant experience in a comparable position, or are ready for the next step. Fluency in Hungarian and English, as well as analytical skills are a must. You are future-oriented, inspiring and empower your employees. You are motivated, have entrepreneurial spirit and know how to lead your department in a cooperative fashion. You are determined, communicative and well-organized as well as structured and analytical but still empathic. You also know how to act as a sparring partner for your team and the MD.

The salary range, which includes a company car, is attractive.
