MANAGING DIRECTOR

Our client is an internationally renowned group of companies specialized in global trade of heavy equipment and fleet management solutions for agriculture, construction and mining industries in CEE and Central Asia.

As the Managing Director of the Uzbekistan branch, you are responsible for the overall functioning of the given branch and its individual departments including Sales, HR, Finance etc. You are setting and maintaining necessary standards, regulations, and processes, as well as serving as a role model for the group’s ethical values. You maintain a direct line of communication with the top management located in Vienna, ensuring efficient and swift decision-making process. Furthermore, you are responsible for planning, budgeting, and reporting in relation to the group, as well as cost optimization.

You have several years of professional experience in a similar industry, profound understanding for cultural differences, and are willing to relocate to Uzbekistan on a long-term basis. University degree or equivalent is required. You are well organized, reliable, determined and have strong work ethics. Communication and diplomatic approach to conflict resolution are amongst your skills, as well as fluent Russian and English.
