The position is a staff unit in the group-wide HR division, which is responsible for Learning and Development within the group, and which steers it using the already set-up LMS (Learning Management Systems) SAP module SuccessFactors. On the one hand, you are responsible for the organisation and quality control of the training content, which is being prepared in a decentralised way by experts as well as for the continuous development of the International Training Catalogue. On the other hand, you are the learning administrator and 3rd level support of the group-wide LMS system, provide guidance and consultancy for the group-wide related learning strategy. Simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement of the learning tools complete your job description.

You have a degree, ideally with a focus on HR and Organisational Development. Several years of relevant job experience, ideally with know-how in LMS and in the manufacturing sector. A professional fluency in English as well as MS Office (Excel, PP) is required. A concept-driven, proactive and organised mind-set as well as working method, good communication skills plus intercultural finesse, a readiness of mind as well as a confident demeanour is necessary to convey your ideas in a persuasive manner.
