KEY ACCOUNT/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Our client, a leading European paper & packaging manufacturer, draws its appeal from great product know-how, modern technology and a focus on quality. For the packaging division, an ambitious and dynamic young manager is being sought, who acts as first point of central contact for new and existing customers from the FMCG industry out of Vienna or remotely.
After a intense, around three months, training your goals are to gain new customers and also develop existing customers with a clear profitable growing strategy. You explore the market for new business opportunities, support tenders, drive innovation and cost optimization projects with factories, technical experts, colleagues and customers. You present your results to senior management and steadily grow within the organisation to the next levels.
You possess a university degree or equivalent, as well as first experience in a sales position. Fluency in English, excellent MS Excel skills, a valid driving licence and the possibility to travel up to 40% of your time are necessary. You are empathic, sales confident, structured and ambitious as well as customer-oriented. You have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills. Last but not least you bring in multicultural and international experience as well as emotional intelligence and general open-mindedness.
