Packaging, Sales Excellence, Remote (m/f/d)

Our client, a leading European paper & packaging manufacturer, draws its appeal from great product know-how, modern technology and a focus on quality. For the packaging division, an experienced and dynamic director is being sought, who will lead the international key account (IKA) as well as the sales excellence department remotely.

You directly report to the MD Sales & Marketing and lead an international team. Your goals are to establish an up-to-date IKA strategy, a sustainable business development with IKA customers, with a healthy relation of volume and margin, regular market screenings to get a pipeline of potential new IKA customers, acquiring suitable ones as well as providing commercial excellence to the division.

You preferably possess a university degree or equivalent, as well as several years of relevant experience in a comparable position. Fluency in English, as well as work experience in international packaging or FMCG production companies are a must. You are empathic, customer-oriented, have excellent communication and networking as well as negotiation and conflict-management skills. You are at ease in a matrix organization, bring in multicultural and international experience as well as emotional intelligence and general open-mindedness. You are future-oriented, inspiring, hands-on, result-driven and know how to lead your team in a cooperative fashion, while acting as sparring partner for peers and management.
